smart connector integration failed while re-configure ESM server

Hi Team,

We create a test environment, smart connector integrate successfully with ESM server, and we can check it with console. As testing purpose, we stopped connector services and removed ESM server. After re-configuring ESM server, we started connector services but connector integration failed. Please suggest.....

Hi Amit,

Try to reinstall the esm certificate in the smart connector by rerunning the smart connector configuration setup.

Hi Amit.

Copy the manager certificate (cacert file) which is located on manager in below location and re-place the certificate in the connector jre/lib/security/ and

#For Manager

<arcsight home>/opt/arcsight/manager/jre/lib/security/cacerts

and start the connector. this will work.
