Hi Swetha,

Please check if you could reach the mentioned host (device which you are trying to integrate) also check the credentials which you have given to service account of the connector.

If you are running this on the ArcMC, you need to confirm where the SmartConnector is. ArcMC can be both the local hosting of containers to run SmartConnectors as well as the remote manager of a SmartConnector.

So you must figure out where the SmartConnector is - is it local in a container, or is it remote. You will see this in the tree for the SmartConnectors themselves - one will be under a container and one will be under Remote.

If its Remote, then the connector is typically NOT on the ArcMC server itself - in that case, you must check the communications from the Connector to the host (I see its a WUC connector). If its in a local container, then its on the ArcMC server itself - so check the communications from this to the host.

Troubleshoot the connector though - so pull back the logs for it and take a look in the agent.log file - it will detail the error in more detail and show the surrounding error messages for this. Typically though, if it cant communicate, its a timeout in the communications and something is blocking it.
