Active channel not triggering Alerts

Dear Friends,

Recently while renewing SSL certificate our manager went down due to some issue after resolving that issue everything is fine except this we have created an active channel to trigger Real Time Alerts but now we are only receiving alerts through emails but alerts are not triggering in active channel.

Please need your early response to resolve this issue.
