Connector Appliance Hanging - C5400

We recently installed a new C5400 Connector Appliance, it becomes unresponsive - hung.  We cannot find any hardware issue, support can only tell us the appliance "stopped abruptly" but nothing else in the logs indicates any issues.  I can access the iLo on the appliance(HP DL360 G7), it shows the power is up but the remote console shows nothing, just a black screen.  I can power cycle the appliance through the iLo and comes up fine. Has anyone else had a similiar experience?

Yes, about 13 times, although not that model. ArcSight appliances are not the most stable ones.

So good luck. Just hard reboot and retsrat whatever you where doing. Expect some more of these funky interruptions to an otherwise flawless day.

Well this morning the C5400 finally died, looks like some kind of hardware failure, it will not boot and the iLo console shows a very interesting message, "Dazed and Confused, but trying to continue".  Classic, waiting for a replacement to be delivered, it was only up for about 2 months.
