Improved Incident Workflow using the Case Alerting Mechanism
Finally had some time to share this with you guys. This topic is from the below thread.
Scenario: The Incident Workflow modifications using/replacing the Alert Email Notification based on Correlation event with only Case Management Workflow Notification without losing the Email Template Customization and the Embedded Email Case link.
Please do update me if you have any suggestions to improve this mechanism.
