Logger Error GUI

Hi All,

I have some problem with Logger :-

- I already success login to Logger via web, the problem is GUI error "The application is currently unavailable. Please retry shortly."

- There is no setting changers nor error before, this problem happen suddenly.

- What other suggestion except reboot the logger.

Please Advice.

I guess frm my experience, we will get this error if some of the loggerservices is still inprogress not started completely!!

Hi Santhos Iyyappan,

Yes your are right, in my situation the root course from Logger cannot send all event that already archive to backup server is full.
