Partition Archiver.

Dear All,

We have done upgradation from Arcsight ESM 4.5SP1 to 4.5 SP3 Successfully.
The Partition archiver was up and running, but during the scheduled time of partition movement.
THe partition archiver has stopped and is not responding.

We have tried to remove the and reapply the service, but we are not able to do so.
The service is not reflecting in /etc/init.d folder, and when we try to add as a service, its is throwing an error saying the configuration file already exists.

Kindly let me know how to resolve the same.

Pavan Raja.

During the installation, when i provide the username and password.

Its is getting connected to the Manager.

but after partition archiver agent installation, it throws an error saying no enough permissions.
