Connect-IT integration with HP Service Manager

Dear Experts,

 

I am new to Connect-IT and Service Management.

 

I have been working in HP Service Manager 9.21 recently and now I face a challenge in making a sync of Active Directory users and HP SM users.

 

I have Connect-IT 9.20 installed.

 

But I am not sure how to make use of it to integrate Microsoft AD with HP Service Manager.

 

Could you please share me your ideas and guide me to achieve this?

 

Kindly advise.

Hello,

 

Have you tried the LDAP connector? If you have that licensed you might want to try that connector for what you want to do.

 

Then check the Connect.it docs for how to use the LDAP connector.
