Hello all. Our client needs to be able to manually add either/both the Request and/or Order Number(s) to a Portfolio item via the Acquisition tab. They are not using the Procurement module, but want to utilize those fields that are available on that tab. Unfortunately, if they choose a Portfolio item and type the Request Number into the linked field for the Request, and then tab to the Order field, the "Modify" button does not appear, so there is no way to save the record with the new information added. Same for the Order, Receipt and Invoice fields on that tab.
My question...is there something that can be done so these fields can be manually updated/modified by typing that information into those fields?
Thanks.

1 - Need Procurement module license
2 - Need to use Procurement module
3 - Those are linked fields so just entering numbers is not enough
4 - If customer does not want to use the Procurement module then just create custom fields for the different numbers directly on the amAsset table (where Acquis. Tab comes from).

Sorry. Forgot to add that we're using Asset Manager 9.41, build 11072.

Thanks Mark. They actually have the Procurement license, but decided not to use it for anything other than to have their Request and Order numbers handy on the asset. Your solution is the path I decided to go, too.
