Standard Compliance Report

Hello

Just wondering if anyone else runs the standard compliance report and has any difficulties with it. When I do manage to run this report and extract to excel, it takes the entire day to run. Other times the following error messages:

  • Web Page navigation canceled
  • Timeout Error Message

I have tried to run this report during non peak times with the same result. ZAM is on Oracle db, we use Tomcat 5 and ZAM 7.5 IR15.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue, or has the same problems???

Re: Standard Compliance Report

I have not run a compliance report, but maybe Tomcat has the wrong amount of memory allocated.

I think there was a tid for a similar issue for Tomcat 4, but I'm not sure how to much to configure for Tomcat 5. iirc it was easier to accomplish though. Check the start menu -> apache tomcat 5.0 -> configure tomcat, Java tab, near the bottom there is some memory settings.

Does anyone else with some experience with this ?
