Word 2013 Usage

I am sure that TSUsage.exe is running in the Windows processes, also fire up Wod 2013 on the machine a three times and then run a scan.
I check the usage reports change, but the App Starts field not corresponds with the number of times I ran it. It appears only two times.

Anything I am missing?

Re: Word 2013 Usage

Seems to me that the count should be three as you expect. Only thing I can suggest is that there was insufficient lag between shutdowns and launches for it to distinguish the events properly. I'm the first to admit that's a stretch and that there's room for improvement.
