ZAM 7.5 duplicate department problem

After a project updating info in Active Directory I thought it would be great to fill in data automatically in ZAM. It has worked well, but only after struggling to get the AD import jobs scheduled. There appears to be a bug when attempting to schedule AD import jobs.

My problem is that I have a few 'duplicate' departments now. When I open up the web console and take a look at workstation inventory it lists all my departments, but some departments are duplicated. The duplicate may show a different number of computers in the department and I can only open one of the duplicates to see the list of workstations. The other department entry just leaves IE sitting there when you click on it.

Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?

I'm new to ZAM, so please don't assume I know too much. I can read a manual though...

TIA
