Asset Manager Web Tier Parameter - NumberEdit.Format.Enabled to remove commas from integer fields.

The whole purpose of asking for the enhancement was to remove the commas from integer fields.  This was a request I made several years ago while working on the General Motors account.  It took several years to get the enhancement added to the web tier (NumberEdit.Format.Enabled).  The description of the parameter is to “enable or disable Number edit control format like 10000 to 10,000 for different locales”.  I guess when it was implemented they only thought of removing commas from the detail screens.  The reason for the request was due to numeric part numbers that should not show the commas.  I think this enhancement should of also removed commas from integer fields in lists and not just detail screens?

Hello Tim.

We already have a case opened about this request, please proceed to submit the Enhancement Request using the IDEA portal (link below) about why you need it and specify as many details as possible to remove commas from both, the list of records and details screens.
