Is it possible to make oracle case insensitive for AM9.30 implementation?

Jump to solution

Hello All,

We have AM 9.30 on Oracle 11g deployed in our test environment. We would like to have search or filter (in AM client) to be case insensitive. For example, We have a server with Host name "Donald". When we perform a search on host name = Donald, it displays the record. But if we search on host name = donald, it will return 0 result. We would like the data to be searchable using any case. Hence, we were wondering if we can make the data stored in the Oralce database case insensitive. Please look at the attached screenshot for your reference.

Thanks for your help.
