Issue with the HPAM client when exporting data

Export feature of HPAM Client is not working in Excel with 1 line of data.It exports only the headers/Fields and not the data.

If I have multiple lines of data, its working.

It works with web, however not working with Client.

For Multiple Records, its working.

For single Record its not working.

Any solution?

Please find the steps as follows:

- Search any barcode in portfolio table

- Right click on the portfolio. go to utilities-->Export to excel

-Only headers are exported in excel.

- In case of 2 records, both are exported to excel file.

- web export functionality is working as expected.

Looks like you identified a bug in the software.  I would contact HP Support directly with your findings.
