Urgent: Not able to open am client

Hi Experts,

Im new on this AM tool. I have successfully installed installed the AM 9.70 on windows box with demo version using MSSQL 2014 database and it's installed successfully. After that im trying to login to client but im not able to login. I created the ODBC connection also and the connection is working fine. Both Application and database is installed on the same machine. Please help me how to resolve this issue. Attached error screnshot for thr reference..

AM:9.70

OS:Windows server 2012

DB:MSSQL 2014

Please check if AM DEMO instance was created with the same AM version installed else upgrade it. You should have the version info in the sysblob table.

Thanks for your reply. As i checked the AMDemo instance is created in the same version. I installed the 9.70 version and instance has been created AMDemo97en.

Can you please confirm me below points.

1. For Demo installation also do we need permanent license

2.If not kindly help me how to proceed further.

Attached error the latest error im getting. Please help me on this.

Yes, valid license is required. Another hand, try to install AM client in a new environment and apply the trail license and try to connect.
