Web Login fail

Hi All,

Ldap authentication failing in Asset Manager Web, getting an error "(401) The user name or password is incorrect or your account is locked. Please contact your administrator for help" but we are able login thru windows client.

Please help us to reslove the same.

What is your Asset Manager version and build numbers? Also, could you please upload all your Tomcat files in order to check them?
