AM Push fails with ErrorCode 700000

Hi Experts, We are pushing data from UCMDB to HPAM with the AM Push Adapter. As there are a quite a lot CI's on the Installed Software, The Integration fails everytime with the below error. Error: "com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.StoppedException: [ErrorCode [700000] Action was cancelled.] Thread RequestProcessorAsyncPool-151 interrupted at com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.StopSign.test(StopSign.java:28) at com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.RequestProcessor.processRequest(RequestProcessor.java:143) ... 52 more" Can anyone please let us know why is this happening. We could not complete even a sinle cycle of Push to AM. Your Help is much Appreciated as this is an urgent need for us. Thanks,

This is usually cased by a fuse that stops the action after 18000000 msec (5 hours). You can increase the fuse in the Infrastructure Settings Manager -> Integration Settings -> Data Push Job Timeout

Hi John,

I know this topic is somewhat older but I am gettting the below error on my switch pop on our ucmdb integration job when running to popoulate from our uCMDB discovery tier server:
"Caused by: appilog.framework.shared.manage.impl.MamResponseException: [ErrorCode [700000] Action was cancelled.]"

Any idea on what may be causing this one?

The error message suggests that the cause is the same as previously mentioned, a fuse has caused the action to stop. Find the right fuse and increase the timeout.

The 2 fuses that I have increased for jobs are:

  • Name: Data Push Job Timeout ID: replication.timeout Default Value: 18000000
  • Name: Integration Point Maintenance Actions Timeout ID: configuration.remote.action.timeout Default Value: 35000

There may be other uses related to UCMDB -> UCMDB integration that I'm not aware of.

Hi  John,

Following settings is in place

Data Push Job Timeout 129600000
Integration Point Maintenance Actions Timeout 350000
Push Remote Probe Operation Timeout 4000000

But still uCMDB-AM Installed software push  job keeps failing within 24 hours with ErrorCode 700000. Not using parellel push option.

Testing one more time by increasing the value on Session timeout from 3600 to 10800.

Still the issue is not resolved. UD to AM (AM Installed Software Push) job keeps failing.

This time the Error Code is 7011

db.discovery.framework.probe.manager.ProbeAdhocTaskExecutionTimeoutException: [ErrorCode [7011] Probe [{0}] did not finish AdHoc Task [{1}] execution in time [{2}]

 

Increasing one more timeout setting:-

In Adapter Management, expand AMAdapter package --> Adapters --> AMAdapter.

Switch to Adapter Configuration tab and under Execution Options, Changing below values

1. Max. threads to 3

Max. execution time to 216000000
