Re: After upgrading UCMDB from 10.21 to 10.30 cannot connect to oracle RAC

HI MahmoudSami

You can check upgrade.detailed.log it is for SchemaAdditionsUpgrader, if your upgrader missed any addition schemas for 10.3x, you can get some info from this log.

But due to you are using Oracle, so better also check upgrade.log, error.log may be your upgrader failed to update the Database Schema due to the permission issue.

Re: After upgrading UCMDB from 10.21 to 10.30 cannot connect to oracle RAC

HI MahmoudSami

Due to you are aleady server down, I recommand you open a support ticket to get help,
but if you like, you can try these steps, it will help you reset the password of your truststore

Go to your X:\hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\conf\security. create a server-storepass.conf with notepad++.
input:
enable.fips.mode=false
ssl.server.keystore.password=<plain text password for keystore>
ssl.server.truststore.password=<plain text password for truststore>
user.install.dir=X\:\\hp\\UCMDB\\UCMDBServer

restart your server, the password will be reset.

You 'd better backup these files first
X:\hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\conf\security\server.truststore
X:\hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\conf\security\server.keystore
