Aging UCMDB

Hi,

I have enabled Aging in UCMDB and I could see the CIs marked as candidate for deletion and also I could see the CIs getting deleted by Aging.

The Issue am facing is, When a CI marked as Candidate for Deletion, the CI is not getting modified in the "Updated by" field as "Aging". I guess Ideally this should be happening.

Can you please guide, if I need to do any modification to enable the "Updated by" field as "Aging" for the Aged CIs.

Regards

Ashok

Re: Aging UCMDB

That is by design.

What problem you're trying to solve?

Re: Aging UCMDB

Hi Dima,

Thanks for the response.

The problem am facing is, When the CIs are marked for deletion ideally the "Updated By" Attribute should get modified as "Aging". Correct me if am wrong. But in our case, Even after the Cis are marked for deletion, the "Updated by" Attribute still not having the value as "Aging".
