Atrium Deletion Sync Issue

Hi,

I have raised a case with HP related to the Integration Issue with Atrium. But I haven’t got the resolution for the same

I am providing a brief summary of the case which I have raised.

While pushing the data from UCMDB to Atrium using the “Atrium Push Adapter” Update /Insert options are working without any issues. But when a CI gets deleted in UCMDB, while running the Integration Job, the same CI doesn’t get deleted in Atrium , in nut shell the Delete Sync is not working.

There is an option “Allow Deletion” is available in the Integration Job, we have checked it but still it didn’t do the Deletion Sync in Atrium

Could any one please help on the same at the earliest!!

Many Thanks!

Regards

Ashok

Re: Atrium Deletion Sync Issue

I have similar problem with ALL integrations cmdb->rtsm, ->atrium, ->AssetManager

I read in the manuals

Displays the queries selected for the integration job.

For non-Jython-based Data Push jobs: Selecting a query's Allow Deletion check box enables the deletion of CIs or relationships for the query from the remote data repository. When you next perform a full synchronization, any CIs or relationships removed from the local CMDB are also deleted from the remote target.

BUT WHAT ARE NON JYTHON BASED DATA PUSH?

Anyone?

PS

I also found a very interesting article
