BSM job SharedEsBsmTier3 fails with error [ErrorCode [700000] Action was cancelled

 Hi all,

After experiencing timeoutexceptions and other issues with UCMDB , we made a tune up/cleaning of UCMDB.
But now  one of the jobs is showing following error :

 

com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.StoppedException: [ErrorCode [700000] Action was cancelled.]

Thread RequestProcessorAsyncPool-10210 stopped

                at com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.StopSign.test(StopSign.java:32)

                at com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.RequestProcessor.processRequest(RequestProcessor.java:149)

                ... 32 more

and when check fcmdb.adapters.BSM Integration and fcmdb.adapters logs files show the following :

The job runs is trying to sync only 29,979 ci's , the jobs tries to send first 10,000 of 29,979 and stays there for a while,
then goes to the next 10,000 ci's and hangs there for a while as well, but after some time the job fails and it stops.

I woul really appreciate it if someone can help us on this. 🙂
