CI reconciliation in RTSM (OMi)

Jump to solution

Hi team,

We have a critical issue in a PoC (OMi) regarding CI reconciliation.

The Host CI’s originated from BSM Connector and from UD Adapter are cot reconciled, they have the same ‘name’, ‘host_key’, and ‘net_bios_name’, also they share the same IP.

Any idea what is wrong?

Thanks,

As a solution I updated the 'Node' reconciliation rule to include 'net_bios_name’  as a primary propery for reconcilation.

I added these lines:

<validation-criterion priority="1">
                <
attribute-condition attributeName="net_bios_name" includeNullValue="false" conditionType="approveAndContradict"/>
    </
validation-criterion>

Bear in mind to use cautious when manipulating this rule.
