CI's being discovered with domain attached

Hello,

Running ver 10.32 CUP 23.  We are having a issue with CI's being discovered/populated with the domain attached.  Was wondering why is this happening and how can we fix it?

Ive attached a screenshot.

Thanks,

Re: CI's being discovered with domain attached

Hi,

First you have to check which attribute is shown as display name. It may be the name attribute, but if name is not set, then it may be using primary_dns_name. Once you know this, you may look for the reason why name is not discovered.

In any case, first see which job has set the Name and PrimaryDNSName attributes. It may be that the discovery from two sources is interfering. Next you have to compare the communication logs between server with set domain and one without set domain.
