CallHOme and Probe cluster

Hi All,

I have a question : when UD agent is deployed (by Probe or Manually), it have in ini file the Probe's IP address (of Probe which has deployed, or put manually) ...

But, in a Probe Cluster (we have more than one probe declared in 1 cluster) "nevironnement", what happened if the Probe's which has deployed agent is offline ? how the agent managed to do a callhome ? don't forget, all of the others Probe in the cluster ar online .....

Thanks in advance

Re: CallHOme and Probe cluster

The UD agent can have one primary and one secondary callhome addresses. It will try to callhome primary address first. If it fails, it will callhome the secondary one. We can configure two probes in the agent's callhome addresses, then it will call the other one if one is offline.

Re: CallHOme and Probe cluster

The callhome feature don't work with the Probe Cluster, it's something in the R&D Plan.
