Can't Create Enrichment Rule

Using UCMDB 10.20.

All of a sudden, I'm unable to create new Enrichment Rules.  When I click new, and the dialog box pops up asking me to enter the Rule Name, Rule Description, along with a couple of checkboxes, there is an error at the bottom stating:

"Rule name is not valid.  Enter a valid rule name."

This message does not go away no matter what I put in for the name.

I'm unable to click Next or Finish to bypass this error.

Any suggestions?
