Certificate Error Page when trying to bring up UCMDB url

Hi All,

We installed SSL cert on the UCMDB app server and consigured https (disabled http) connections to the application. Although the certificate is issued by trusted CA and still valid for another 3-4 years, we are getting a certificate page error when we go to the https url of the ucmdb. We have the option to click on continue and log in but why is this happening when we have valid certificate. Any ideas? Is there a way to stop it from happening so we can go directly to the url without seeing the error message. Any information you can provide will be helpful. We are on ucmdb 10.01.

Re: Certificate Error Page when trying to bring up UCMDB URL

Hi Mary,

The steps would be in the Hardening Guide:

http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00245430

Or this KC document.

http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00394511

You may need to walk back the steps to return to the original set-up.

Juan
