Connecting UCMDB Browser to UCMDB Server Cluster

Hi,

I have UCMDB server cluster (2 instances, 10.10CUP2).

I want to connect UCMDB browser to the cluster

What would be the proper solution:

Can I connect embedded Browser which comes with the 10.10. installation software to the cluster

Or

Should I install stand alone UCMDB Browser on a separate host?

There are no plans to configure UCMDB Browser itself for HA mode.

Regards

Re: Connecting UCMDB Browser to UCMDB Server Cluster

P.25 refers to configuring multiple UCMDB servers. This is different from a cluster.

Re: Connecting UCMDB Browser to UCMDB Server Cluster

Hi,

If UCMDB servers are in cluster then  there must be two virtual IP configured on Load balancer.

If UCMDB browser is embedded then u just mention any url like http://10.9.9.80:8080 and u will see different componet of UCMDB like UCMDBBrowser, JMX , UCMDB, UCMDB status etc.

U need to select UCMDB Browser to access the same

Nick
