Connection to uCMDB via web browser frequently hangs

Hi

We are running OMi 10 with UCMDB 10.11 CUP2.334, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and have found the following issue when using client FireFox ESR 31.4.0 jre 7u25.

After using RTSM/uCMDB for 30-60 minutes, the firefox browser connection to UCMDB hangs with a spinning symbol. Clearing the browser cache and java cache doesn't fix the problem. The log file in %temp%Ucmdblog\error.log shows the following error:
2015-02-04 13:44:46,329 [Thread-15] (SharedEnvironmentController.java:196) FATAL - Fail to request initial data
2015-02-04 13:44:48,375 [Thread-15] (UncaughtExceptionHandler.java:138) ERROR - [Thread-15:52] Resolved Exception message [An error has occurred: Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at [http://omi10.demo.local/ucmdb-ui/services/MultiTenancyService]; nested exception is java.io.IOException: Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 500, status message = [invalid stream header: FF123404]]

Clearing the java cache on the client doesn't work, nor the web cache. its seems like the only way to fix it is to reboot the server. Can anyone assist?
