Copy/Clone Management Zone

Is there a way to make a copy of an existing management zone (and it's jobs) and save it with a different name?

Hello,

Try creating a package where you include the  MZ  information and all its references.

Let us know if works

Re: Copy/Clone Management Zone

Hello UCMDB Community, do you have any ideas for this post. I'm working on a 2018.11

Thanks a lot!

Re: Copy/Clone Management Zone

Have you tried from JMX Console ucmdb:Service-Discovery Manager:getmanagementZOne with the name of Management zone
and copy the invoked result
in UCMDb Service-Dicovery Manager:Addmanagement ZOne with the new desired name.

In UCMDB 11 works 🙂

Re: Copy/Clone Management Zone

indeed, for zones themselves there's JMX method, for the underlaying jobs, activity templates and so on - there's package manager.
