Data push delta sincronization

Good Morning,
Can someone clarify how exactly delta synchronization works? (data push from uCMDB to Asset Manager)
It is possible that this synchronization updates all the Asset Manager articles, even those that are not in uCMDB ?.
It is happening to us with monitors that are not associated with any CPU, all of them are missing, even if they are not detected by the uCMDB.

Thanks in advance

Re: Data push delta sincronization

Hello,

Delta  sync is a type of synchronization technology that will only synchronize parts of a file that have been updated. For example, it will show the updated CIs.

The synchronization will not update those that are not in the UCMDB.

Do we get any kind of error message?

Best Regards

Re: Data push delta sincronization

Hi,

Thank you very much for the reply.
We have made some changes in the integration TQL and we have verified that the delta synchronization works correctly.
The problem with the monitors has not happened again, we assume that it has been a punctual failure...
