Re: Does uCMDB support Storage discovery for Dell EMC Unity array ?

Hi Foby,

It's a pity that everyone who works with Micro Focus support and has read your question can not support you.
It is a subject that I also have pending and for issues of lack of documentation and time I have left aside.
Answering your question, if the ucmdb "admits" the discovery, how is it done? I still do not know, I hope to find out soon.
However, I want to ask you some questions:
What version of cp do you have?
Exactly what you want to discover, what model and version.
All meet the same characteristics? (how many?)

This is what the documentation says:

Check this link:

It's been a few days since you asked the question, do you have any progress? Have you managed to discover?

Bolonia.

Hello @Foby ,

I never used discovery for this kind of storage device but did you tried it based on the UCMDB documentation?

Did it fail? Do you have some log data for it?

Kind regards,
