Enabling HTTP on port 80 in 10.32 along with default HTTPS

I want to enable HTTP on port 80. I have found the section in the admin guide that explains how to enable HTTP but I have a couple questions.

Does enabling HTTP interfere with the configured HTTPS communication already working? I want to be able to connect via HTTPS using the Writer VIP on the default port of 8443, but also using HTTP on port 80 for connections routed through the load balancer to the Cluster VIP.

For changing 8080 to 80, what do I need to change in the tomcat server.xml file? Does enabling HTTP with the

"jetty.connections.http.enabled=true" setting modify the tomcat server.xml file? Will there be two active Connector configurations that have to be edited?
