End of Life on Installed Software CI

Does anyone know how the End Of Life date attribute is populated for the Installed Software CI? I have searched the scripts and the documentation but can't find anything on this subject.

Re: End of Life on Installed Software CI

Hello tink43,

It is "The end of life date for a software product". It is almost not possible software installations to have that record available. That attribute cannot be discovered by any UD job at the moment. Although, you can use that attribute and enrich it for various custom reports or populate it from third part product integrations. Please note that the structure of the class model and related attributes can be changed during the UCMDB versions and they may consist some preparation changes for new features.
