Failed to import Credential from one UCMDB to another

I tried to transfer UD credential from UCMDB to another to maintain the same credential accross multiple UCMDBs. After export the credential from one UCMDB, I used the importCredentialAndRangesInformation from JMX. It imported successfully, but the displayed UD  credential value, UD SHA1 ID,  is completely different from the source ID or the ID In the exported file.

I am running this in UCMDB 10.22.
