Failed to launch and connect to HPCmd service

Hi,

We have UCMDB 10.10 running on Windows. We are trying to discover Windows Servers using NTCMD Protocol.
We have Local Admin Rights on the remote servers as well as I am able to access the \\remoteserver\ADMIN$ folder from my probe Server.
But they are failing with the following Error message:
"Failed to launch and connect to HPCmd service"
Can you please suggest, what changes we need to make on the remote servers for launching the HPCmd Services?

Regards
Ashok

there is guidance in the  Discovery and Integrations Content Guide - General Reference if you are running Windows 2008
