Feb 10-11th: UCMDB Expert Day, don't miss it !!

Hello Everyone,

 

UCMDB is hosting an Online Expert Day on February 10-11th!  Mark this on your calendars! 

We would like to invite you to join us in the uCMDB Support Customer Forum on February 10-11th,  when HP product Experts will be online for 24 hours to answer any questions regarding:

 

ANY TOPIC  on UCMDB.

 

 What is an Online Expert Day? 

 

Online Expert Day is an event when HP product, R&D, and Support team members and other employees join our online forums to answer your toughest technical questions.  Online Expert Days give you a chance to talk directly with the HP Experts!

 

How does the Online Expert Day event work? 

 

Starting on February 10th at 01:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time / 4:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time / 09:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time, log in to the uCMDB Support Customer Forum and create new posts to ask your questions. 

 

The Online Expert Day will end on February 11th at 01:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time / 04:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time / 09:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time.

 

HP Experts will be online for 24 hours in the forum and will do their best to answer your questions. They may need to get some more information from you so please check the box "email me when someone replies".  An online conversation will be born!

 

To participate, you do need access to the uCMDB Support Customer Forum if you don’t have access, please add your Support Agreement ID (SAID) to your HP Passport profile and log in again.

 

If you have a valid support contract and are still experiencing issues, please send an email to swcommunity@hp.com.

As per the request i had posted the UCMDB queries but the questions where never answered.

 

We are dissappointed....

Hi Raj,

 

After looking at your question, it looks like you posted it in the wrong forum. The UCMDB expert day took place in the uCMDB Support Customer Forum. This is a forum which is only accessible to customer/partners with a valid Support contract (SAID) in their HP Passport profile.

 

In this entitled forum we have support engineers monitoring the questions and addressing them to the best of their knowledge. During an expert day we bring in additional UCMDB experts to address our customers/partners questions. We also will be providing tips on UCMDB in this forum and are looking to provide more additional information to our customers/partners.

 

You posted your question in this forum. This is a public accessible forum. We did promote the UCMDB expert day in this forum, so that we could attract our customers to our entitled forum.

 

Hope this addresses why your questions wasn't directly answered.
