Hi,
you should try to enable compatibility mode for the installer (right click - properties - compatibility tab - run this program in compatibility mode for)

Re: HP UCMDB Configuration Manager installation error "installer mode not supported "

HI

Are you trying to install the HP CM in the same machine as the UCMDB server ?

As far as I know this is not possible, CM and UCMDB should be installed on different servers

Best Regards

Hello.

Faced with this problem. It helps the installation in the properties file compatibility with Windows 7. Installed on Windows server 2016.
