HP Universal Discovery 10.20 - Atrium Push Adapter

Version: HP UD 10.20.480

UD CP 15.00.123

OS: RHEL 6.5

Hello folks,

I'm setting up a basic integration to push CIs from HP uCMDB to Atrium CMDB.

What document speaks about the service account to successfully access the Atrium CMDB ?

I need to know what permissions are necessary before requesting the BMC admin to create one for me.

The supported content guide doesn't speak much about the Remedy protocol.

Kindly advice.

Thanks,

Praveen

Re: HP Universal Discovery 10.20 - Atrium Push Adapter

Design of atrium push needs below items.

a temp data set on atrium : This is the data set we will be using to do the data push. Atrium admin should create an account with full access to this dataset.

Class model mapping excercise which you need to perform with atrium expert. The attributes and class model changes with every version of atrium.

design of identification and recon rules on the atrium. Atrium Admin should uniquely id every CI by the UCMDB ID we push with the data sync.

Hello Sree,

Thank you for your reply.

"Atrium admin should create an account with full access to this dataset"

- Is there a detailed description for the required permissions for the Remedy Protocol credentials ?

Kindly advise.
