HP Universal Discovery 10.20 - Screen Capture

HP UD 10.20.CUP1.545

UD CP 15.00.123

OS: RHEL 6.6

Hello,

Can you please try reproducing this issue on the above UD version.

1: You can be on any of the modules after logging in.

2: Click on Tools --> Screen Capture

3: The session hangs/freezes.

The only way to continue the session is to logout and log back in.

Any logs that I should check in specific for more info ?

Thanks,

Praveen

Hi Melissa,

It is on the server and not on the UCMDB Browser.

Still looking for info on the logs.

Thanks,

Re: HP Universal Discovery 10.20 - Screen Capture

I'm unable to use the screen capture button as well.  When I click it using Chrome or IE 11 on Windows 7 64bit, I get the following  message in a popup window.

A fatal error has occured.

The applicaiton might have entered an unstable state.

It is recommended that you close all browser windows and restart the application.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

com/hp/acm/swing/utils/TextManager

I'm using UCMDB 10.20 CUP1.

Thanks,

Ron

This sounds like a defect.  Please log a case on it so R&D can resolve this issue.
