HPuCMDB Web instance is too slow and some times its not working effectively

Jump to solution

Hi ,

if someone can help on priority on this issues.

one of the web link for HPuCMDB version 9.05 is behaving too slow and sometime its down

so we are fixing this with the help of DB team by getting fix with ORA related error (filesystem getting full)

although it has fully loaded with IP ranges and probe and also with application mapps (lots of).

as its performance issue and it might takes time to resolve this and we will be following with HP but

if anyone has some workaround to fix this that would be greater help.

Thanks,

Rahul

Hello,

This could be due to a bad DB server location.

Please note it is strongly recommended that the UCMDB server(s)  should be located in the same LAN with the database servers (without a proxy and firewalls between them). Otherwise, your system's performance may be impacted.
