Hostconnection by Shell fails on Windows 2012 Servers -- Internal error. Access is denied.

Hi all, we have a problem with Host COnnection by Shell on Windows 2012 Servers.

Error is:

<< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
NTCMD: Internal Error. Details: Access is denied.

<< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
NTCMD: Username or  Password invalid.

we tested the credentials using the UI (Protocols-> Check credential), this was successful

We checked with HPCmd.bat from the probe which was sucessful also:

C:\hp\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\tools>HPCmd.bat \\node-adress /USER:Domain\discovery/PWD:password

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.hp.ucmdb.discovery.library.clients.protocols.command.StreamHandler).

log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

Launching service...

Service launched successfully.

Type a command and press enter.

We have als access to  \\node-adress\admin$ from the probe.

we found this on the Support Site:

https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM194039

We change the registry as requested and rebooted the probe machine.

This didn’t help, we still have the same errors.

Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong here? Any help is appreciated .....

We use HP uCMDB 10.11 CP 14 upd 3
