How-To purge all discovered data

Jump to solution

Is there a way to purge all discovered CI's and relationships.  We want to start clean and re-discover all CI's and relationships.  We have a number of enrichment rules, custom properties, and other changes so I don't want to uninstall UCMDB and reinstall.

I am looking for a way to retain all of our customizations, but start with a clean database,

Hopefully that makes sense.

If you want to delete all you CIs then run the JMX method deleteByClassType (default CIT is Managed_object but you can use other CITs and it will delete only those CIs)

Kind regards,
