How to check the Content pack version, patches in UCMDB ?

Jump to solution

Hello all,

I need to find the content pack version in the UCMDB 9.05. I could see the CUP version under the data flow managemnt module (UCMDB UI). Where can i get the information related to the Content pack and patches installed for the UCMDB.

Is there any way to find it in the UCMDB GUI ?

Please help on this.

Thank you

Hi,

1. Open JMX Console - default location is http://your_server_name:8080/jmx-console.

2. Enter JMX admin credentials, which were entered during installation.

3. Under "UCMDB" secrion, open link UCMDB:service=Server Services

4. Locate method "viewSystemInformation" and press "Invoke".

You can also do this from the GUI (less information but still useful) by going to Help -> About HP Universal CMDB. You will get HP uCMDB Server version and CUP and CP with the update applied to it.
