How to discover all TCP & UDP ports listening and Established on a system without using Nmap.

How do you configure uCMD to discover all TCP & UDP ports open (listening & established) on a system. I have added for a Linux system the script to perform netstat -atunp. However uCMDB doesn't show that it finds everything. I can perform this command on a system and it will show all the ports but uCMDB doesn't?

Would NetFlow be an option to test?
The result would be IpServiceEndpoint CIs I presume.
