How to keep track of device deletion

Is there any (convenient) way to log why and when devices have been deleted from uCMDB?
(manual, aging, enrichment ......)

Have you checked CI Lifecycle report on the UCMDB UI under Administration?

Yes, but this refers only to the candidates of deletion status of a CI, it has nothing to do with what was really deleted
