How to remove probe name from the RTSM Probe list?

Jump to solution

In OMi, Admin>RTSM Admin>Data Flow Management>Data Flow Probe Status

Domains>DefaultDomain

  1. Probe1
  2. Probe2
  3. Probe3

I uninstalled Probe3. Still I can see in the above list. How can I remove/clear from the above list?

From Administration settings change the setting object root from managed_object  to root.

Relogin in the UI and in CIT Manager you will see under Configuration CIT the CIT named Probemanager and Probegateway, or something similar. Delete the 2 CIs corresponding to Probe3 and try to see if your probe will still be present in the Probe Status.

After all this, revert the value for object root setting.

Kind regards,
