Import of CI Information in UCMDB

Hi,

Anyone can suggest if possible to import the CI information from one enviorment to another without using discovery module(Agent/Agentless)

Hi,

this is possible using a direct UCMDB to UCMDB integration. There are different options to set this up - population or push, which can also depend on your use case and the UCMDB version you have. You find an overview of the different options here:

Please also make sure you define how globalIDs shall be handeled in your scenario before attempting the import.

I am making use of UCMDB 10.21 CUP 17. And i just need to import One CI information in our enviorment.
