Install Probe on Win 2K8 Server

Hi,

Is it possible to install probe on win 2k8 server?

I know we can do it on Win 2k3 but not findng any doc which mentiond the same.

It's possible, refer chapter 11 of "UCMDB Deployment Guide", you will find the below comment:

 

"Before installing the Probe on a Windows 2008 machine, a user must

have full control permissions on the file system. In addition, after

installing the Probe, verify that the user who will run the Probe has full

administration permissions on the file system where the Probe is

installed."
