Installation geting struck for ucmdb server and probe version 10.00

Installation getting   struck for hp ucmdb and hp ud probe for windows 2008.please help me on this how to proceed.and more over for server  it gets struck in executing process of installation .for probe its geting struck while excuting command for the path c:/hp/dataflow probe/bin.and more over .while try canel installation and trying to start sevices from slick .its shows error"findstr" is not recognised as an internal or external command,operable prgm or batch file.

Hi,

Could you please upload C:\hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\HP_Universal_CMDB_Server_InstallLog.log from your system.

Please be sure the acount you are using has permissions needed.

could you share your install logs ?

 

We have not seen any issue while installing the probe and hence we are eager to look at this ?
